1) Public notary fees related to deed, all taxes included: between 5 to 6% of the property value.
2) The transfer in foreign currency of the total amount resulting from the sale of a property as well as added net value is guaranteed.
3) Taxes and real estate fees :
- Tax d'édilité: 10% of annual rental value, exemption of 75% if declare as a principal residency
- Urban tax exemption for 3 years
- Rental income exonerated from complementary contribution
